During my time at Helen Uffner Vintage Clothing, I worked closely with the team to organise and maintain an extensive costume stock used for major film productions, including Bridge of Spies, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, and Cadillac Records. My responsibilities included labeling, tailoring, and mending delicate vintage garments, ensuring each piece was catalogue-ready and preserved to professional standards. This role strengthened my understanding of historical clothing, enhanced my technical care for fragile textiles, and deepened my appreciation for the role of vintage costuming in shaping authentic on-screen storytelling.
